We call our design-led approach - Decision by Design. This approach enables all stakeholders from users to providers to be involved in strategic decision making, development and implementation.

Our programs are grounded in research and analysis. We work with researchers and academics to provide high quality, fact based content. Our designers and producers enable small and large teams to co-create sustainable outcomes, using design processes such as rapid prototyping, iteration and scenario testing.

Our approach typically consists of three key phases: Learn, Create, Communicate.

Learn

Our work begins with initial analysis and research to fully understand the context and content of the design challenge. The outcome of this phase is a clear statement of objectives, outcomes and questions to be address, qualitative and quantitative research studies and program plans.

Create

We design programmes of work that enable our clients to realise their objectives and outcomes. We use the “Decision By Design” methods to bring about collaborative learning and decision making throughout this phase. We understand organisations to be learning systems. Outcomes are design events, new strategic plans, prototypes for testing, wireframes and business plans.

Communicate

Embedded in all of our programmes are multimedia communications. We believe that people engage in solutions they have built themselves - we actively design with our clients to develop transformational communication artefacts. these range from publications, to communication events, productions and web based tools.
