To create a world-class leadership programme for the Top 100 leaders of a major global financial services organisation.

Working closely with the client, we created and continue to deliver a capability programme genuinely regarded as ground-breaking.The programme develops global business leaders so that they are equipped to respond to the changing market environment and to deliver the business’ growth agenda.
