Creating a World Class Leadership Journey

Getting from Business Outcomes to Behaviours

  • The Leadership Journey is bespoke for each individual. They will be able to create a Personal Journey from a menu of Methods, Experiences, Master Classes and Enabling Tools that support their development.
  • The Menu of Methods, Experiences, Master Classes and Enabling Tools are created to support, promote and amplify the leadership behaviours required to support the business strategy. 
  • Enabling Tools such as Personal Learning Dashboards (PLDs), and online Learning Community Portals ensure integrity and identity within the programme and feedback from a community of peers.
  • Coaching, mentoring and expert help support Action Programmes led by the Leader Participants to reinforce learning within the Organisational Context and ensure Strategic Value for the programme.
  • Expert Support is available through programmes to enable Participants become supported, recognised experts in their fields.

Phase Zero (00) – Designing the Leadership Journey

Work with Ludic’s Education Designers and Experience Designers to create the programme that best supports your organisation.

Phase One (01) – Personal Diagnostic

This Phase establishes tools and feedback systems to understand the developmental needs of the Executive and Leadership Cohorts.

Phase Two (02) – Creating the Leadership and Developmental Experiences

A matrix of Developmental Experiences, media, physical events, Internet based events, action research programmes and other Methods is created that establishes a broad menu of developmental opportunities for leaders. They are able to use it to choose the experiences that will meet their personal learning needs and establish a bespoke programme accordingly.

Phase Three (03) – The Personal Learning Dashboard

The Personal Learning Dashboard is a personal resource (desktop, iPad based) that brings all the materials used and experienced by the Leader throughout the programme into one place. These resources – media, video, podcasts, case studies, videos of inspiring speakers, output from their Learning Events etc.– provide a powerful resource that Leaders can carry with them and access on an as needed basis.

Phase Four (04) – Learning Community

Experts and peers form Knowledge Communities that the Leader can access and use for frank discussion and coaching. The Learning Community is available through physical events, as well as through the Personal Learning Dashboard.

Phase Five (05) – Expert support

Leaders, Top Talent and Executives need to be seen to be leading their fields of expertise. Tthis not only keeps them at the top of their game, but it ensures that they obtain profile for their organisations in these areas.

No executive can achieve this without a powerful team around them – ghost writers, media coaches, and designers to ensure their messaging is at the top of their game. We put all the support your key individuals require to keep their profile where it is needed.

Phase Six (06) – Feedback and Review

Online diagnostics, and fireside chats with experts enable Leaders and Talent to receive timely feedback on their performance, to establish their own goals and to assess themselves against their goals in a safe environment.

Leaders also provide feedback to the programme to ensure that it is continuously updated to meet the strategic needs of the organisation and the personal needs.
