Support a global advisory organization in designing their 2020 vision and strategy.

We designed and facilitated a two-day immersive accelerated decision support event, making it fully tablet-enabled so participants could access assignments, content and documentation on their personal devices. This approach fostered significant discourse and buy-in among the senior participants. Over the two days, they learned from each other, challenged ideas, identified imperatives for change and co-created a shared roadmap to implement the vision.
