Leveraging the power of design sprints to develop new products and services for a global retail bank


Discover and identify new business opportunities for a global retail bank in response to market challenges. The client sought to develop a product or service that could be monetized. 


To support the company, we designed and launched an Innovation Summer Project utilizing the principles of open innovation. We engaged post-graduate students from top universities, dividing them into five teams to develop and test groundbreaking ideas over an eight-week period. These teams were guided by experienced mentors and open innovation experts, ensuring robust support and expert insights throughout the project.


The Innovation Summer Project led to the creation of a new product, contributing to the bank’s strategic growth and positioning them as a leader in innovative solutions.
