Fujitsu – Connected VR Experience

Challenge

Fujitsu wanted to demonstrate the real-world impact of its connected IT solutions on public sector employees—across offices, remote work, and mobile environments. The challenge was to communicate complex, often invisible infrastructure in a way that felt tangible, human, and engaging, while creating a standout experience capable of cutting through at a high-profile technology event.

Solution

Ludic Media Studio designed and delivered a fully immersive, interactive VR experience built around six interconnected 360-degree environments. Each space allowed users to explore different working contexts and interact with hotspots that triggered layered content including imagery, video, and animation—revealing how Fujitsu’s technology supports people throughout their working day. Beyond the experience design and build, we structured the content as a modular system, enabling scenarios and environments to be expanded overtime and reused across future events and audiences.

Impact

The experience launched at a major technology expo at the O2 in London, where it served as a flagship showcase for Fujitsu’s solutions and attracted strong. attention from attendees. Since launch, the platform has been extended with additional scenarios and environments, ensuring long-term value and relevance. The project demonstrated how immersive, experience-led communication can translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories that resonate with decision-makers and end users alike.
