A global retailer approached us to create a strategic visual that would inspire and unite their diverse factory team in the Dominican Republic. The aim was to develop a future vision that would resonate across the team, fostering both appeal and engagement.
Working closely with the client, we identified the artist whose style best matched their vision. Following an in-depth briefing with our scribe, we agreed on a timeframe and a unifying theme: baseball—chosen for its universal appeal to the team. Through an iterative process, draft sketches were shared for feedback and refined until the final visual perfectly captured the agreed vision and tone. To ensure accessibility and resonance, we delivered the final artwork in both English and Spanish.
