The Curious Advantage wanted a practical, scalable way to bring its curiosity methodology to life for clients. The challenge was to move beyond long-form workshops and conceptual frameworks, and instead offer a lightweight, engaging tool that could embed behavioral principles through short, repeatable interactions—while remaining true to The Curious Advantage’s models, language, and philosophy.
Solution
Ludic Media Studio designed and developed the Curiosity Game as a client-facing engagement tool built directly on The Curious Advantage’s methodology. Using a simple rule-set, clean visual language, and quickfire question formats, the game encourages players to practice curiosity in short bursts rather than extended learning sessions. Progressive difficulty, a clear feedback loop, and a limited number of lives per session create momentum and challenge, while a leaderboard introduces light competition and motivates repeat play. A flexible admin interface allows content to be updated, expanded, or refined over time, ensuring the game can evolve alongside client needs and programs.
Impact
In use, players frequently replayed the game multiple times per session, demonstrating sustained engagement and intrinsic motivation to improve. The tool enabled The Curious Advantage to offer clients a tangible, interactive way to experience curiosity in action—complementing workshops and advisory work with a scalable digital asset.
